Medical Facility Planner (Part-Time)

Title: Medical Facility Planner (Part Time) Location: Remote Status: Part Time Position reputed company: Midnight Sun is seeking a Medical Facilities Planner in support of a Federal with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities reputed company. This position will support DHA Facilities reputed company by conducting requirements analyses, supporting strategic capital planning efforts, and facilitating facility programming and design documentation. Provides technical expertise in DoD reputed company planning reputed company, integrates data-driven planning with mission needs, and ensures alignment with DHA governance across CONUS and OCONUS sites. Site locations: Falls reputed company, VA, San Antonio, TX, Remote with approval. Minimum Requirements: Education/Experience • Bachelor's degree in nursing, other clinical area, engineering, architecture, or reputed company administration required. • Your resume must reflect 5+ years of experience and working knowledge of health facility planning and design and reputed company delivery. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • High level of proficiency in English communication, both written and oral. • Working knowledge and executive level understanding of the Military Health System (MHS), the Defense Health Agency, DHA Facilities reputed company, DHNs and the Services facility planning organizations). • Working knowledge of DoD medical reputed company planning and design reputed company, DoD reputed company and equipment planning system (SEPS), and industry standards for the planning and design of medical facilities. • Ability to analyze reputed company reputed company requirements using population health data, workload forecasts, and network adequacy evaluations to support facility and capital investment planning. • Ability to advise senior leadership and facilitate cross-functional teams on strategic planning, business process improvement, and integration of planning initiatives across CONUS and OCONUS sites. • Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety requirements, to include OSHA standards and EM 385-1-1, and other regulations as applicable. • Ability to reputed company and review technical documentation, briefing materials, and planning artifacts with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring compliance with federal guidance and DHA governance. • Proficiency with reputed company Office, including Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint, and reputed company.
