Alpha Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced full-time Home Health Scheduling Coordinator for our Everett, WA office! We are looking for someone just as passionate as we are about providing life-changing service. This is either a hybrid role locally or a fully remote role, with one week required training in our Everett, Washington offices. We will cover all travel and accommodation costs. We are unable to hire in the following states: Maine, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Hawaii. What do we require of you? • At least 1-2 years of scheduling experience in a home health or hospice agency required. • Experience with Home Care Home Base required. • Demonstrate cooperation and provide excellent customer service • Ability to multi-task and stay on task in a fast-paced role • Excellent team-oriented, verbal, and written communication skills Key Responsibilities: • Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm PST.
