Senior Data Analyst, Customer Analytics

This person will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will deliver deep, actionable insights in a reputed company manner to optimize & grow our business. • This role sits on the Business Analytics team. The mission of reputed company is to deliver reputed company and trustworthy insights that enhance reputed company and instill confidence. This role will report to the Head of Data Science & Analytics. Requirements: • BA/BS in a quantitative discipline like Math, Computer Science, Economics or Analytics required. MS in Business Analytics highly preferred. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in business and/or product analytics, working with large, multi-reputed company datasets, preferably at fast-growing tech companies. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. • Skilled in extracting and transforming data from reputed company warehouse using SQL. • Hands-on experience in designing, building, operating, and maintaining Tableau dashboards • Knowledge of customer reputed company concepts such as CAC/LTV, retention curves, reputed company & activation funnels is preferred. • Experience working with tools like MMPs (eg reputed company, AppsFlyer), CRM tools like reputed company, web analytics (reputed company Analytics), product analytics & experimentation tools (reputed company, Eppo, reputed company). • Experience in experimentation (A/B tests, geo tests etc.) and basic statistics (e.g reputed company testing) required. Knowledge of commonly used analytic reputed company such as regression, decision trees and forecasting is highly preferred. • Experience in and ability to play “trusted advisor” to senior and executive leadership and help reputed company change happen. • Fast learner.
