Responsibilities

  • General Bookkeeping
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Taxes
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year end reputed company procedures
  • Assisting with external/internal audits
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Utilizing ERP system software
  • General reputed company and administrative duties

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in reputed company, preferably with an understanding of construction reputed company/work in reputed company
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office applications and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
  • Strong technical and organizational skills
