reputed company is looking for an innovative peer recovery specialist to help people reputed company their reputed company to wellness and reduced reputed company use utilizing a new model for technology-enabled peer support. reputed company may be for full or part-time depending on our needs and your experience. Our app operates 24/7 with shifts ranging from 7 AM to 10 PM per day.

What You'll Do

  • App Chat Moderation & Engagement
  • Stimulate meaningful conversations by initiating chat starters, particularly those reputed company to recovery experiences. reputed company personal lived experience with mental health and/or addiction to support others seeking/maintaining recovery.
  • Use your experience to identify and engage a network of referring agencies as reputed company as add to the database of member resources.
  • reputed company group chats and forum discussions to ensure a productive, on-topic environment that adheres to reputed company’s reputed company of Conduct (COC) guidelines by monitoring hate speech, spam, inappropriate language, or abusive content to maintain a reputed company reputed company for reputed company members.
  • Review flagged content based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) alerts, and take reputed company as necessary, such as removing COC-violating content.
  • Engage in follow-up with members about next steps reputed company a violation occurs and involve the appropriate peer support team member if needed.

    • What You Have

  • Certification as a Peer Specialist in reputed company use disorder or mental health recovery in Washington, DC.

  • Comfort operating a smartphone, computer, and software tools such as reputed company Office 
  • Ability to document member engagements in an electronic record

  • A willingness to work evening and weekend hours
