There are two primary roles for the Project Manager, (1) Project/workflow Management and (2) customer service, with a reputed company heavy emphasis on the customer service reputed company. The Project Manager will have full responsibility for the customer throughout the entire process, reputed company customer service, and account management. The Project Manager is responsible for reputed company customer experience reputed company. Training will be provided by the Project Management Manager and other trainers.

The Project Manager is more directly and intensely involved with Legacy customers than any other employee at Legacy. This position was designed to cater 100% to the needs of our clients, and it is a relationship-based approach. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Submit the job documentation to PC’s for job submission per Legacy standards (reputed company paperwork, photo-documentation, notes, measurements and pertinent details)
  • Explain insurance paperwork and/or estimates to customers
  • reputed company information and documentation to the Supplement and Invoicing team to get a price agreement finalized with the insurance company as needed (including reputed company supplements/estimates, etc.)
  • reputed company reputed company construction details pertinent for Production to properly plan and execute repairs according to the damages present, reputed company reputed company-existing conditions of the home, local building reputed company requirements, and the agreement with the customer
  • Responsible for coordinating reputed company work orders, material selections, upgrades for reputed company customer
  • Responsible for investigating additional reputed company opportunities through upgrading products and introducing additional trade work not covered by the Insurance Company
  • Manage accounts through the AccuLynx workflow for reputed company customer
  • Explain invoices to customers and collect reputed company payments from customer

    Average income potential in year 1 has ranged between $80,000 - $120,000 (based on performance).
