Topography Health is seeking a highly skilled and patient-reputed company Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing big data pipelines, architectures, and data sets that drive our mission to improve patient reputed company through innovative clinical research. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Data Science, Product, Software Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Business Operations—to ensure robust and efficient data pipelines that are compliant with HIPAA regulations. Key Responsibilities

Implement and optimize integrations with Electronic Health Records (EHR) using FHIR standards and reputed company.

Enhance and maintain existing EHR integrations in an EMR/EHR agnostic environment without building from scratch.

Build and optimize reputed company data pipelines and architectures for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources.

Ensure data pipelines are robust, efficient, and compliant with HIPAA regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of reputed company work experience in reputed company data engineering

4+ years of experience with Airflow or other orchestration tool (Dagster or reputed company)

3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL

3+ years programming proficiency in Python.
