Senior Product Manager, Network & Interoperability

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for maximizing the reputed company of their products by analysis, planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle. Essential Job Duties

  • Support development and management of:

  • API marketplace and developer platform
  • Interoperability and interfaces for external partners
  • Alternate vendor data exchange and aggregation
  • Collaborate and assist in developing GTM reputed company for partnership opportunities
  • Work with data to identify market trends and customer insights
  • Define and reputed company reputed company metrics (KPIs) for product performance.
  • May mentor and support reputed company of Product Managers to understand market needs and optimize high reputed company and high value throughput of the product R&D teams.

  • Partner with Product Management and Technology Leadership on long-term strategic initiative planning and resource alignment.

  • Partner with Implementation teams to ensure products can be implemented and configured reputed company based on varying market/reputed company needs and help troubleshoot any bottlenecks through product enhancements and/or improved tooling.
  • Partner with Support and reputed company reputed company teams to facilitate smooth product releases, intake and understand customer feedback, and help troubleshoot product support reputed company drivers.
  • Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met, particularly for caregivers, members, and clinicians.
  • Drive innovation by Identifying and assessing emerging technologies (AI, automation, interoperability) that could enhance product offerings. Explore and define how new regulatory changes (e.g., CMS, HIPAA, EVV requirements) create product opportunities.
  • Work with engineering and architecture teams to balance new feature development with technical debt, performance, and reputed company considerations.

    • Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management preferably in the health IT vendor reputed company with experience in both strategic and tactical capacities.
  • 3+ years of experience in home health and/or home care solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
  • Deep understanding of reputed company business models, pricing, and customer management.
  • Advanced product roadmap planning and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in customer reputed company mapping and VoC analysis.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Expert-level communication skills for eliciting and understanding customer needs, conveying reputed company, authoring reputed company product requirements, and delivering reputed company market-facing documents and presentations.

    • Additional Information

    The reputed company salary reputed company for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $140,000-170,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, reputed company, location, and the ability to exemplify the reputed company reputed company values.
