Full-Time Position

We are looking for a Rigging Technician to bring support to our Rigging team. In this position, you will be responsible for the operation of Rigging equipment during rehearsals, performances or any show-reputed company tasks reputed company to this position. The Rigging Technician will have reputed company to:

Operate Rigging equipment during performances and rehearsals;

What does it take for this role? The following hard skills are the basics of what’s needed to be successful in this position:

At least two years of previous show/theater experience in a similar environment; equivalent comparable technical experience reputed company to Rigging will also be considered;

Basic understanding and familiarity of knots used in Entertainment;

Vollzeit-Position

Wir suchen eine*n Rigging-Techniker*in zur Unterstützung unseres Rigging-Teams. In dieser Position sind Sie für die Bedienung des Rigging-Equipments während Proben, Aufführungen und sämtlicher showbezogener Aufgaben verantwortlich. Zudem stellen Sie sicher, dass das Equipment sicher aufgebaut, betrieben und gewartet wird, und unterstützen bei der Inventur von Ausrüstung sowie bei regelmäßigen Sicherheitsinspektionen. Dieideale Person

sollte teamorientiert sein, mit unvorhergesehenen Situationen souverän umgehen können und auch unter Druck konzentriert und lösungsorientiert arbeiten.

Der*die Riggingtechniker*in hat die Möglichkeit zur:

-

Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Leitung, künstlerischen Mitarbeitenden und dem Stage Management zur Unterstützung während Proben, Trainings und Aufführungen;

-

Aneignung fundierter Kenntnisse über die produktionseigenen Anlagen verschiedener Abteilungen zur sicheren Bedienung und Instandhaltung;

-

Unterstützung bei der Bestandsaufnahme sowie Identifikation zusätzlichen Riggingbedarfs in Abstimmung mit der Abteilungseitung;

-

Unterstützung des Technischen Direktors und der Abteilung Production Services bei der Entwicklung und Durchführung präventiver Wartungen und Inspektionen;

-

Fristgerechte Prüfung und Sicherer Auf-/ Abbau, Nutzung und Wartung von Rigging-Systemen, die von Artist*innen während Vorstellungen, Proben und Trainings verwendet werden;

-

Aktualisierung aller erforderlichen Wartungs- und Inspektionsprotokolle sowie Sicherstellung, dass das Rigging-Equipment den gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Richtlinien entspricht;

-

Fachgerechte Dokumentation von abteilungsbezogenen Designs, Geräten, Systemen, Funktionen, Abläufen, Showabläufen, Wartungs- und Inspektionsprotokollen sowie Sonderprojekten;

-

Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Leitung zur Erstellung und Pflege von Schulungs- und Backup-Plänen, um bei einem unerwarteten System-, Komponenten- oder Geräteausfall einen reibungslosen Vorstellungsbetrieb sicherzustellen; Teilnahme an Cue-reputed company-Rotationen nach Vorgabe;

Durchführung von Show Tracks und Fehlerbehebung während Vorstellungen und Proben;

-

Umsetzung von Projekten, einschließlich Recherche, Beschaffung, Bau und Installation neuer Showelemente sowie weiterer abteilungsspezifischer Projekte nach Anweisung; flexible Arbeitszeiten;

Einhaltung und Förderung aller gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Arbeitsschutzvorschriften; Teilnahme an allen erforderlichen Sicherheits- und Rettungsübungen;

Was braucht man für diese Rolle? Die folgenden Qualifikationen sind die Grundlagen für eine erfolgreicheTätigkeit in dieser Position:

Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in Theater-/Showproduktionen; vergleichbare technische Erfahrung im Bereich Rigging wird ebenfalls berücksichtigt;

-

Mechanisches Verständnis, z.B. für Fertigung, Kettenzüge, Gegengewichtsystemen etc.;

-

Erfahrung mit Aerial- und akrobatischen Rigging;

-

Nachweisbare Qualifikation oder Erfahrung im Umgang mit Bühnenmaschinerie, Anschlagmitteln und PSA;

-

Zertifizierung in Seilzugang ist von Vorteil;

-

Zertifizierung in PSAgA ist von Vorteil;

-

SQQ2-Zertifizierung oder Anschlägerschein von Vorteil;

-

Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse mit Kenntnissen in Bühnentechnik;

-

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company, MS Teams);

Befähigung zum Bedienen bzw. zur Schulung im Umgang mit Hebezeugen und schwerem Gerät wie Gabelstaplern;

Körperliche Eignung zur Ausführung der wesentlichen Aufgaben wie Hocken, Knien, Höhenarbeit, Seilzugang, langes Stehen und Heben (mind. 23kg); eine vollständige Liste wird im Angebot bereitgestellt. Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Fähigkeit zur klaren und effektiven Kommunikation über Headset; bei einer internationalen Besetzung ist die Arbeitssprache Englisch;
