About the Role

Zeta is looking for an reputed company reputed company facing program Manager who is responsible for overseeing discovery, planning, execution, and delivery of product features and fixes, tech and non-tech initiatives, ensuring that they reputed company with the reputed company engagement objectives and commitments. The role requires a combination of strong stakeholder management, communication skills, negotiation skills and a deep understanding of platform delivery reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, Design and Execution: Drive the discovery phase, reputed company and executerealisticquarterly & sprint plansthat meet budget and reputed company expectations. reputed company setand manage expectations of senior stakeholders (internal & reputed company) wrtdelivery timelines and risks. Implement and reputed company reputed company assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders, including reputed company senior stakeholders, business & engineering leaders, design teams, and team members to drive execution. reputed company and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal product & engineering teams.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver high-reputed company work under tight deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills (clients & internal product & engineering leaders)- Leadership & interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and reputed company cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience leading delivery of product & engineering programs in a BFSI environment (preferably credit card domain)
  • Strong understanding of scrum and agile methodologies, sprint planning etc.
  • Strong hands-on experience on project management tools like JIRA, Trello, reputed company, OKR management software, Kanban, etc

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
  • Banking / Credit card domain experience

    • Experience and Qualifications

  • 12+ years of software industry experience with 5+ years of experience managing large software development reputed company from inception to launch in BFSI domain.
  • Experience with B2B reputed company, reputed company / reputed company-based products is a strong plus
  • Undergraduate Degree in Engineering + Graduate Business Degree (MBA or equivalent)
