About the role:

As Global HR Program Manager, you'll reputed company a number of initiatives across HR, including compensation, performance, development. You'll work on exciting reputed company to enhance systems, streamline workflows, and drive meaningful reputed company.

  • HR technology solutions: Spearhead the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions (e.g., ATS, HRIS, performance management systems, compensation tools) to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Vendor Management: reputed company the end-to-end management of key HR vendor relationships, including PEOs, benefits administrators (e.g., 401k/pension providers), and HR reputed company, ensuring reputed company service delivery and compliance.

    • Experience

  • Experience in Global HR Programs.
  • Experience with HR and AI tools.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with cross-cultural teams and stakeholders.

    • Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7+ years of HR experience, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in reputed company and HRIS tools (e.g., reputed company or similar).
  • Preferred: Experience in a tech and a multinational environment.
