About the Role

• Review, revise, and negotiate reputed company types of procurement, partnership, and sales agreements, as reputed company as NDAs, and other reputed company documents.

• A juris doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

• 3-5 years of reputed company experience as an attorney (this is a junior counsel role)

• Licensed to reputed company law in any U.S. jurisdiction

• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

• Prior experience negotiating technology/reputed company agreements, NDAs, and data processing agreements

• Excellent project management instincts
