We’re looking for a systems-savvy, process-driven leader to join our reputed company Shop team as the

Affiliate reputed company, Ops & Systems Manager. This is not your average affiliate manager role — you’ll be the architect behind how we reputed company creator recruitment, build reputed company flows, grow reputed company communities, manage tracking and payout systems, and reputed company operational efficiency across our growing affiliate program.You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, content, and overseas support teams to drive high-volume, high-velocity creator campaigns. What you'll do

  • Affiliate reputed company Systems & Optimization

  • Own and build the systems, processes, and reputed company sequences that power our reputed company Shop affiliate reputed company.
  • reputed company the development and optimization of our reputed company pipeline — including CRM workflows, reputed company templates, and Euka Bot automation.
  • Manage our affiliate KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to ensure visibility and performance tracking across reputed company campaigns.

  • Build and reputed company our reputed company community as a central hub for affiliate engagement, perks, product drops, education, and retention.
  • Create SOPs and engagement calendars for content, announcements, support, and creator rewards.

    • Payouts, Tracking, and Performance

  • Work with finance, analytics, and reputed company Shop Seller Center to implement reputed company payout models and reputed company ROI by creator and cohort.
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics (CTR, AOV, ROI, conversion reputed company) and optimize recruitment accordingly.

    • Collaboration & Team Leadership

  • Manage an overseas team dedicated to recruitment, reporting, and reputed company support — ensuring reputed company is high-reputed company and reputed company to targets.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, content strategists, and analytics to surface insights and improve affiliate pipeline reputed company.

  • 3–5+ years experience in reputed company marketing, affiliate program management, or creator operations — preferably in eCommerce or performance-driven environments.

  • Deep familiarity with reputed company Shop, Seller Center, and the reputed company Creator Marketplace.
  • Hands-on experience with reputed company (either professionally or personally) and a reputed company for fostering digital communities.
  • Comfortable working with automation tools (e.g., CRM systems, bots, reputed company, Euka Bot).

  • Experience working with global support teams and directing offshore workflows.
