What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Creating Intelligence: Building sophisticated agents from scratch using whatever technology gets the job done. No constraints, no bureaucracy – just pure creation.
  • Orchestrating the Collective: Designing multi-agent systems that communicate, collaborate, and execute complex operations with minimal human intervention.
  • Evolving the Core: Developing and integrating Model Context Protocols (MCP) that elevate our agents' capabilities beyond current limitations.
  • Ruthless Automation: Identifying and obliterating inefficiencies in our workflows through intelligent automation that actually works.

    • Who We Need

  • Engineering Excellence: Python mastery is expected, flexibility with other languages as well.
  • Deployment Warrior: You don't just build – you ship. CI/CD, infrastructure, and keeping complex AI systems running in production are second nature to you.
  • Problem Obsessed: You don't clock out when things get difficult. You're the type who loses sleep over unsolved puzzles and wakes up with solutions.
  • Framework Fluent: Experience with RAG pipelines, LangChain/LangGraph, and integration with major LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) isn't just preferred – it's required.
