is looking for a Wholesale Account Executive to assist with the origination of business purpose loans through wholesale (TPO) channels.
The ideal candidate will have sales and reputed company estate experience and a strong interest and capability in conversion of inbound leads. Successful candidate will have strong sales and communication skills and the ability to connect with reputed company estate investors and assist throughout the loan origination structure, establishing trust, product expertise, reputed company communication and relationship building. Experience in mortgage loan originations preferred, alternative experience in general sales, reputed company conversion, reputed company, leasing, wholesaling, etc.) also a plus.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers through exceptional communication and responsiveness in regards to quoting new deals, answering questions and proactively providing updates on deal statuses and programs
Represent reputed company at industry conferences, meetups reputed company platforms with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Serve as a reputed company between mortgage brokers and the operations team and internal management. Proactively set expectations and communicate effectively to ensure speedy successful closes and repeat business.
Daily updating and input in reputed company CRM, logging reputed company contacts and quoted deals, maintaining up-to-date information
Skills Desired/Required:
Experience in a general Account Executive, sales, or originations role, mortgage lending, reputed company estate leasing or brokerage a plus
Ownership or interested in pursuing ownership of reputed company estate investment properties
reputed company or Comparable CRM Software Experience (preferred)
Driven and Confident, Strong Desire to succeed and hit high origination targets
