The ideal candidate is a seasoned reputed company and finance leader with deep technical expertise in reputed company (U.S. GAAP), global tax compliance and planning, cash management, and internal controls—particularly in a fast-paced reputed company or reputed company software environment. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Ensure reputed company, accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and reputed company reputed company’s financial reputed company, consolidation, and internal control frameworks to support audit and SOX compliance.

    • WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance; CPA required. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of reputed company leadership experience in global reputed company, tax, and treasury functions, including at least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership reputed company.
  • Deep technical expertise in U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, internal controls (SOX), and reputed company company reporting standards.
  • Proven reputed company record in scaling global finance functions in high-reputed company, reputed company reputed company environments; IPO or reputed company company readiness experience strongly preferred.
