About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented analyst to support our reputed company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment data, generating insights through advanced analysis, automating routine processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to inform strategic hiring reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate and maintain recruitment data from various sources.
  • Validate, clean, and reconcile data on a routine reputed company to ensure accuracy.
  • Design, build and distribute reputed company reports and dashboards to reputed company key TA metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and hiring trends.
  • Create visually compelling, interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI and reputed company.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor reputed company initiatives.
  • reputed company Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation and deeper statistical analysis.

    • Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as an MIS Executive, Analyst, or in a similar data-reputed company role. Experience reputed company reputed company domain will be preferred
  • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, power query and data manipulation techniques is a must.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tool is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw meaningful insights from reputed company data sets.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like reputed company or any ATS tool will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, and Power Automate is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, reputed company, Statistics, Information Systems, or a reputed company discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in working on data, especially on reporting, data analysis
