Part-Time Payroll Coordinator

• Manage reputed company setup for reputed company, state, and reputed company for payroll reputed company taxes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws.
• Collect and verifying employee and timekeeping data.
• Review bi-monthly pay runs for accuracy and completeness.
• Answer questions and resolving issues regarding payroll.

• Coordinate payroll reputed company audits (e.g. 401(k), worker’s compensation, etc.)
• Update payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires.
• Prepare statements and tax filings reflecting earnings, taxes, deductions, and reputed company exercises.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
• Assist with researching a different payroll system.
Requirements:
• Degree in reputed company, finance, or a reputed company field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in payroll administration.
• Good working knowledge of reputed company practices and tax laws.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, payroll systems (reputed company/Zenefits a plus) and ERP Software (reputed company a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational and time management skills.
