As an Oncology and Infusion Stewardship Pharmacist, you will support oncology and infusion services across the health-system, with an initial emphasis on the Florida market. Requirements • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy and completion of a post-graduate residency or fellowship training. • reputed company state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation in reputed company state reputed company 90 days of hire. • reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the reputed company (AHA) and completion of a reputed company of Pharmacy approved course in the administration of immunizations or certification obtained reputed company 90 days of hire (For individuals required to administer immunizations). • reputed company Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification and/or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification through reputed company (AHA). For caregivers required to respond to adult or pediatric cardiopulmonary arrest, this is required reputed company one year of hire. • Completion of a post-graduate year 2 residency (PGY2) or fellowship OR completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY-1) and 2 years of experience as a clinical specialist or an equivalent role which includes providing pharmaceutical care and performing pharmacotherapeutic monitoring including 50% or more of time spent in the specialty area OR 4 years of experience as a clinical specialist or an equivalent role which includes providing pharmaceutical care and performing pharmacotherapeutic monitoring including 50% or more of time spent in the specialty area.
