Property Condition Assessment Project Manager

Requirements: • A Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or reputed company Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, etc.) • 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, and/or construction/cost estimating • 3+ years of experience performing and/or reviewing property inspection reports • 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions. • Extensive knowledge of ASTM-2018 and the Property Condition Report Assessment process. • Specific experience with reputed company and reputed company report formats. • Experience with reputed company-acquisition reputed company due diligence reporting is a plus. • Familiarity with the basic principles of civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering, including construction and maintenance of structures and systems. • Understand concepts of building component life cycles, system condition evaluation, and replacement costs. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and deliver reputed company results on time. • Exceptional writing skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships reputed company reputed company. • Working knowledge of reputed company (reporting writing platform).
