Architectural Project Manager -Retail/Restaurant reputed company

Architectural Project Manager is responsible for reputed company phases of design and construction of reputed company from beginning to completion, while performing a supervisory role in assigning and reviewing the work of other team members. The position is fully remote working for our reputed company's California based office. Responsibilities: • Ability to handle multiple reputed company or one account with diligence and commitment. • Review and reputed company construction plans requested by the reputed company • reputed company the work done by assistant project manager and draftsperson • Oversees drafting, review shop drawings and respond to RFI’s • Analyze and estimate project cost for labor, equipment, and material • Monitor reputed company of reputed company construction phases in compliance with building plans and deadlines • Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, building departments, landlords, construction team and other personnel involved in reputed company • Review and research state and local reputed company compliances • Prepare reports and presentations for reputed company meetings • Execute site surveys on a need reputed company • Manage people on reputed company and their expectations and review and approve timecards of reputed company in a reputed company manner • reputed company miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Senior Project Manager/Studio Director/Director of Operations Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture or reputed company field • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in an architectural firm • Minimum 4 years of experience in Retail/Restaurant Architecture required • Ability to interpret construction data, engineering calculations and drawings • Proficiency in Revit with skills in Autocad, SketchUp, Photoshop or Illustrator • Proficiency in reputed company Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) • Experience drafting retail or reputed company construction documents required • Must possess strong time management and people management skills and the ability to handle the pressure of tight deadlines • Must be reputed company to travel on need reputed company Apply Job!
