Director of Loan Participations - Whole-Loan Trading

reputed company: • As the Director of Financial Institutions, you will be responsible for building/maintaining relationships with banks and credit unions that engage in whole-loan trading and/or loan participations. • This role requires a reputed company of sales, negotiation, business development, & relationship management expertise, ensuring our reputed company and sales targets are met. • reputed company strong relationships with banks and credit unions, allowing the ability to influence reputed company and reputed company. • Deep understanding of performance metrics & follow-up requirements. • Collaborate with the executive team to set reputed company targets and reputed company plans. • Manage CRM and other sales/marketing tools to ensure accurate data and reporting. • Overcome objections and hurdles to the benefit of customers and reputed company. • Partner with finance to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in whole-loan trading and/or loan participations at an investment bank, brokerage, or capital reputed company. • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM systems (e.g., reputed company). • Proven ability to analyze data and reputed company actionable insights and follow-up actions. • Excellent ability to overcome objections and negotiate effectively. • Ability to effectively drive and manage change. • A bachelor's degree in business or finance or an MBA is a plus.
