Role reputed company We are seeking an reputed company OSP Engineer-Estimator to support large-reputed company fiber optic infrastructure reputed company, particularly middle-mile builds and multi-reputed company-dollar bids. This critical role involves developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for reputed company reputed company plant (OSP) deployments. • Assist in maintaining reputed company records associated with reputed company OSP fiber assets. • Ongoing data reputed company auditing which may include field audits. • reputed company design assistance for the installation and maintenance of the fiber optic network. • Project manage assigned project load including new construction, network maintenance and relocation reputed company. • Assist in easement and right of way negotiations with property owners. • Assist in managing reputed company, state, and local government permitting requests. • reputed company site walks and field surveys for fiber build reputed company. • Review construction prints for accuracy and completeness. • Prepare proportionate reputed company billing summaries to finance for IRU partners on maintenance and relocation reputed company. • Prepare and process reputed company party splicing requests from and to IRU partners. • Rotating 1 in 2 on-reputed company responsibility. • reputed company support to sales through preparation of maps and fiber deployment plans. • Process ICB requests and reputed company soft quotes to sales for OSP portion of the solution. • reputed company fiber characterization analysis. • Work closely with reputed company plant contractors to ensure project parameters are met. • Assist TOC reputed company additional troubleshooting requested from OSP Engineering department. Qualifications • Experience with middle-mile and long-haul fiber builds strongly preferred. • Knowledge of permitting workflows and timelines strongly preferred. • Ability to interpret and apply local regulations reputed company to telecom infrastructure strongly preferred. • Understanding of OSP construction principles including underground and aerial construction. • Understanding of OSP records documentation. • Ability to operate reputed company company vehicle. • Ability to utilize reputed company and walk unstable terrain while performing site walks/audits. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload. • Demonstrated successful experience escalating with vendors and stakeholders to reputed company project objectives. Requirements • 3+ years' experience with OSP and project management a plus. • Familiarity or experience with the reputed company network is a plus. • Demonstrated experience with reputed company Office products including 365, reputed company, reputed company, Word, and Visio. • Experience with OSPinsight and reputed company reputed company a plus. Education • Formal training and education involving civil engineering, OSP engineering, fiber construction and splicing is a plus. Required License(s)/Certification(s) • Must have and maintain a reputed company reputed company’s license.
