We're seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a global SAP template implementation. You will be instrumental in coaching agile methodologies, guiding 1-2 teams towards self-organization, and facilitating the cultural change associated with agile transformation. Key Responsibilities: • Act as Scrum Master for one to two agile teams working on a global SAP template. • Coach and mentor teams in agile methods and principles. • Support the client's agile transformation journey and cultural shift. • Foster self-organizing teams and promote continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience: • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master. • Proven ability to support and coach agile teams. • Strong understanding of agile methodologies. • Fluent in German (essential) Apply Job!
