Pay reputed company: $16.00 hour Work Schedule: (8 hours shift) between Monday - Friday 7AM-6:00PM Training Start Date: August 11, 2025 Training hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm Training is 3 weeks and is 100% On-Site Must have recent HIGH-VOLUME reputed company Center Experience on your resume. Must have reliable transportation. Interview and training will be in-person. After training you may be reputed company to work remote based on attendance and performance. Minimum internet speed of 25 MBPS upload and 5 MBPS download. We are seeking reputed company center representatives to join our clients team. In this role you will answer inbound calls from customers who have questions, comments, or complaints about our clients services. You will also assist with new account setup, update, etc. The schedule for this position an 8 hour shift between Mon - Friday 7:00 am – 6:00 pm. Candidates must be available to work any shift during Monday - Friday 7 am - 6 pm. • Receiving customer telephone calls • Opening new accounts • Manage/reputed company existing accounts. • Providing Toll Lane information – location and entry/exit points • reputed company reputed company information for Xpress reputed company bus services. • Assist customers with planning best reputed company for commute on Xpress reputed company bus. • Opening cases for escalated issues • Resolve problems by listening to the customer’s questions and concerns and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. Minimum Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a high-volume reputed company center environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be organized, self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented • Ability to work under minimal reputed company supervision • Ability to prioritize duties quickly and effectively • reputed company attitude and team-player reputed company • Understanding of business urgency Apply Job!
