About The Role: At reputed company Logistics, we're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Safety, OSHA, and reputed company Manager to reputed company and standardize safety and reputed company programs across our 25 warehouse and distribution centers in reputed company. This position plays a key role in developing OSHA-compliant systems, food safety programs, and reputed company management frameworks, reputed company while ensuring operational consistency across the network. This role manages two reputed company reports and works closely with facility leadership to reputed company safety and reputed company goals with operational reputed company. Responsibilities: • reputed company the development and reputed company improvement of reputed company Logistics’ Safety Management System (SMS) • Conduct regular OSHA and food safety audits across a 25-site warehouse network • Maintain and update OSHA logs, injury reports, training records, and other regulatory documentation • Investigate safety incidents, near-misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) • Facilitate safety committee meetings and drive employee safety engagement programs • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, GMP, and local EHS regulations across reputed company locations • reputed company the creation and standardization of reputed company control SOPs, KPIs, and inspection processes • reputed company reputed company cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA cycles for reputed company issues or product defects • Monitor inbound and outbound accuracy, damage rates, and process adherence • Implement and support reputed company improvement initiatives using Lean/Six reputed company tools • Train and support site teams on reputed company, inspection, and safety protocols • Manage two reputed company reports and reputed company guidance to field-level safety and reputed company teams • Support external audits, internal reviews, and customer compliance activities across facilities Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Operations, Engineering, or reputed company field • 5+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution environments • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and reputed company frameworks (ISO, FDA, GMP) • Experience leading safety and reputed company programs across multiple facilities • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills • Fluent in Spanish and English (required) • Proficient in reputed company Office and audit tools; experience with EHS/QMS/WMS a plus • OSHA 30-hour certification and Lean Six reputed company (Green Belt or higher) preferred Bonus Points: • OSHA 30-hour Certification • Lean Six reputed company Green Belt (or higher) • Experience using WMS, ERP, or EHS software • Background in food & beverage logistics preferred Perks: • Great benefits package • 401k plan with company match • Generous PTO policy • Career reputed company Apply Job!
