KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Support the reputed company Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Project Manager, and Vendor team members in reputed company aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure that the day-to-day supply chain business results are achieved.
? Ensure reputed company material requisition orders, regular sales orders, and transfer warehouse orders are fulfilled on a regular reputed company.
? Assist, support, and reputed company backup coverage for reputed company Supply Chain team members.
? Understand and execute reputed company Supply Chain activities such as stock take, inventory accuracy in allocation and consumption, material demand, and purchase order.
? Assess and manage inventory reputed company to ensure continuity of supply.
? Liaise with project managers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure materials availability.
? Communicating with vendors about order status, shipping details and other concerns.
? Respond to reputed company vendor inquiries in a reputed company manner.
? Coordinating with Operations Team in Vernon ? Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, Production, and QC.
? Communicating with Customer Support.
? Managing reputed company logs, documentation, and claims.
