Manager, Affiliate & reputed company Card Marketing

This role can be based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI or our reputed company Design Office in reputed company, NY. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the reputed company to work remotely on Fridays. About the Role As the Manager of Affiliate and reputed company Card Marketing, you will drive traffic and sales by leading the Affiliate and reputed company Card Marketing programs. You will serve as the subject matter expert while focusing on continually developing and executing new strategies to enhance performance. What You’ll Do • reputed company and implement program reputed company and reputed company to drive omnichannel traffic and sales reputed company reputed company to quarterly business targets • Manage channel reputed company and execution through inventory management, platform reputed company, financial forecasting, rigorous analysis, constant innovation and testing and external partner management • Guide Affiliate program activation by coordinating and communicating ongoing offers and promotional placements between reputed company partners • reputed company internal cross-functional partnerships that promote reputed company in reputed company channel, including Store Planning, Brand reputed company, Analytics, Digital and Merchant teams • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Affiliate and reputed company Card Program • Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates and reputed company card partners while building new relationships to expand the program • Create an effective work environment by developing a common reputed company, setting reputed company objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining reputed company communications • reputed company staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plans What Skills You Have Required • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or reputed company field • 5+ years of affiliate experience in a high-volume transaction environment • Extensive reputed company card marketing experience • Expert knowledge of affiliate execution technology (reputed company Radius) • Working knowledge and usage of website traffic analytics software (reputed company Analytics, Omniture) • Strong mathematical and analytical skills and the ability to reputed company data-driven reputed company Preferred • Advanced degree in Computer Science and/or advanced Mathematics • Proven ability to accomplish high-reputed company reputed company in a large organization • Ability to reputed company frameworks, processes and protocols • Understanding of store operations, inventory management and sales planning • Experience in corporate sales • Understanding of the incentive industry Apply Job!
