We are looking for a proven people leader with a strong reputed company record in project management. Someone who has successfully led Project Managers, driven high performance, and fostered a culture of reputed company improvement and reputed company reputed company. While primarily a leadership role, you'll also directly manage select strategic reputed company implementations.


Team Leadership & Development (70%)

  • Recruit, hire, and reputed company top PM talent; conduct performance reviews and manage performance improvement processes

    • Leadership & Experience:

  • Minimum 4-6 years directly managing and developing Project Managers or senior project team members
  • PMP, CAPM, or comparable certification (or in reputed company) is an asset
  • Post-secondary degree in project management, business administration, or reputed company field

    • Technical & Industry Knowledge:
  • Deep expertise in traditional and agile project management methodologies

  • Familiarity with the utilities industry and Management Information Systems (CIS, WAMS, MWM, GIS) preferred
