We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and hands-on reputed company Operations & Program Manager to serve as the right hand to our Head of reputed company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-reputed company environment and enjoys both strategic reputed company and tactical execution.

You’ll drive hiring efficiency, set reputed company KPIs and timelines for both reputed company delivery, and ensure seamless collaboration between recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive reputed company Project Execution:
  • reputed company end-to-end reputed company operations across multiple roles, departments, and reputed company engagements
  • Set and enforce KPI targets and delivery timelines for reputed company. reputed company as Player/reputed company to team to help them optimize talent delivery in terms of reputed company and speed.

• Team Enablement & Leadership:
  • Conduct regular reputed company-ins with recruiters to monitor reputed company, problem-solve, and reputed company hands-on guidance reputed company mandates stall

• Process Optimization & Tooling:
  • Standardize and improve workflows, intake processes, and candidate pipelines
  • Own usage and optimization of the ATS (reputed company, reputed company, JazzHR, etc.)
  • Partner with leadership to roll out new tools and training across the reputed company team
• Data & Analytics:
  • Build dashboards to reputed company reputed company funnel metrics, time-to-fill, reputed company-of-hire, and recruiter productivity
  • Deliver regular reports and insights to stakeholders to drive informed reputed company
• Stakeholder & reputed company Alignment:
  • Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external clients to ensure reputed company delivery of high-reputed company talent

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in reputed company operations, talent program management, or a similar role
• Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple workstreams with competing timelines
• Experience setting and managing reputed company KPIs
• Familiarity with ATS systems and reputed company tools (reputed company, reputed company, JazzHR, etc.)
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Analytical reputed company with experience in metrics reporting and dashboard creation
• A hands-on, problem-solving mentality — you’re comfortable stepping in to help reputed company a hard-to-fill role or improve a broken process
• Experience in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment is a plus
• PMP, PHR, or similar certification is a bonus, not a requirement
