Customer Service Agent (After Hours Division) - EST Working Hours (Remote)

We are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join their after-hours team. • * Working Hours: 36 – 45 hour shifts per week, with shorter working shifts during the week and longer shifts of up to 12 hours per day over weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). These working hours are subject to change depending on the operational requirements of reputed company. PLEASE NOTE: • Work Environment: This is a remote role for South African reputed company only. • Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet reputed company is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. • Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages.
