Now Hiring: Help Desk IT Specialist (Level 1) – Marquee Dental (MUST BE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE) Location: Remote | Full-Time | Up to $45/hour | Limited Travel (<10%) Do you have 2–4 years of IT support experience and a passion for solving problems that make a real impact? Marquee Dental is looking for a Help Desk IT Specialist to join our growing technology team and support the infrastructure behind 75+ dental offices across multiple states. What You’ll Do: • Serve as the first line of IT support—triaging, managing, and resolving tickets through our ticketing system • Provide support for a wide range of equipment, including: • Dental-specific hardware (CBCT machines, x-ray sensors, 3D printers) • General IT infrastructure (endpoints, networking, mobile devices) • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees and devices • Work as part of a collaborative IT team that includes: • Two Level 1 Help Desk Technicians • One Help Desk Level 2 • One System Administrator • Strategic support from a Virtual CIO What You Bring: • 2–4 years of IT support experience, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site setting • Educational background in computer science or a related field, or a 2-year technical degree • Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, endpoint support, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Why Marquee Dental? • Remote work environment with limited travel (<10%) • Growth potential into Level 2 or System Administrator roles • Hands-on experience with advanced dental and medical technology • Team-focused culture with ongoing mentorship and development opportunities If you're ready to grow your IT career in a dynamic, mission-driven organization, we want to hear from you.
