About the position The Hybrid IT Specialist role at AdvanTech involves providing diverse technical support to Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients across Western Massachusetts. This position combines remote and on-site support, focusing on network management, systems administration, and client interaction to resolve IT issues and enhance business operations. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid work environment, allowing for work from home while also requiring occasional travel to client sites. Responsibilities • Provide remote and onsite support across hardware, software, and networking. , • Monitor and manage client networks, ensuring security and optimal performance. , • Assist with implementing new technologies for clients. , • Document all support activities and solutions in the ticketing system. , • Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver exceptional IT solutions. Requirements • 5 years of experience in Managed Services Provider (MSP) roles. , • Strong proficiency in Windows and macOS systems administration. , • Experience with network administration and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS). , • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP. Nice-to-haves • Experience with RMM tools and ticketing systems. , • Ability to manage an on-call rotation. , • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
