Payroll Administrator
• Validate and process sales commission payments accurately in accordance with company compensation plans and payroll schedules.
• Audit commission data submitted from sales and operations teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
• Reconcile commission reports with payroll systems and financial records to identify and correct discrepancies prior to payout.
• Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Finance departments to resolve commission-reputed company inquiries and ensure reputed company reputed company of issues.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for reputed company through reputed company, including salaried, reputed company, and commissioned staff.
• Review and validate timekeeping records, deductions, garnishments, and commissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain payroll compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
• Manage payroll reporting, including tax filings, year-end W-2s, and other required documents.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for employee payroll-reputed company inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR on reputed company, terminations, employee status changes, and benefit deductions.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with monthly journal entries and payroll-reputed company audits.

• 2–4 years of experience in payroll administration or reputed company HR/finance roles.

• Solid understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
