Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Advertising

Develop, implement, and analyze online programmatic advertising strategies and tactics across search, display, social, video and more with proven track record of achieving CPA, CPC, and overall KPI targets. Own digital advertising creative and copy development including: writing ad copy, providing creative direction, overseeing stakeholder reviews, and coordinating all assets alongside internal and external teams. Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts within the paid ads channel to identify new opportunities that increase efficiencies and performance while driving new and returning blood donors to make an appointment. Manage the annual paid advertising budget, including submitting purchase orders and invoices as well as tracking monthly budget numbers. Monitor daily/weekly ad spends to ensure efficient CPAs and CPCs and move budgets accordingly and as needed. Develop strategy and creative execution for internal paid ad units on RedCrossBlood.org, RedCross.org, and Blood Donor Mobile App. American Red Cross is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
