Location: Remote Contract Duration: September 2025 - January 2026 Compensation: $40.00/hour to $44.00/hour (W2 Contract) About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Implementation Specialist to support the successful onboarding and renewal of mid-sized employer groups (Key Accounts and 51-99 segment) within a leading healthcare organization. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless implementation experience for new and renewing clients by coordinating tasks, managing data, and collaborating across internal teams. Key Responsibilities • Partner with Implementation Managers to coordinate, track, and execute essential tasks for group setup. • Capture and manage key data points, address group-specific customizations, and resolve implementation complexities. • Operate within key systems such as Jira, AXIS, and OBM to support implementation workflows and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders. • Own critical components of the implementation lifecycle, including: • Capturing group identifiers • Validating documentation and data • Creating and monitoring cross-functional tasks • Ensuring timely and accurate group installation Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required. • Prior experience in healthcare or project management strongly preferred. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail in capturing and validating group data and documentation. • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, AXIS, OBM, or similar workflow and data systems. • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes. • Strong organizational skills and commitment to following established procedures. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges with minimal supervision. • Familiarity with healthcare benefits or employer-sponsored insurance plans is a plus.
