Medical Biller for reputed company - Bi-Lingual Required

About the position Eyecare Services Partners is seeking a skilled, full-time Remote, Bi-Lingual Accounts Receivable reputed company Center Representative. This role is designed for candidates who can work from the reputed company Time Zone, with a schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM reputed company Time. Responsibilities • Answering incoming phone calls without delay , • Ensuring patient information is accurate, including billing information , • Researching authorization benefits with insurance companies or online websites , • Identifying reputed company patient accounts accurately based on PPO, HMO, or other managed care organization coverage , • Accurately and reputed company completes data entry, including but not limited to authorizations and benefits , • Informing patients of medical office procedures and policies , • Validating and processing refund requests from patient calls Requirements • Minimum of a HS diploma or GED with some college preferred , • Must be bi-lingual Spanish/English , • Prefer two or more years' experience working in a medical environment , • Strong communication and interpersonal skills , • Experience with EHR and EPM, 3 to 5 years of reputed company is strongly preferred , • Knowledge of insurances and/or reputed company experience is strongly preferred , • Basic computer knowledge of reputed company Office , • Excellent customer service, communication skills, telephone and people skills, as reputed company as grammar , • reputed company-organized with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task , • Personable and empathetic with patient needs and concerns , • Prior customer service/reputed company center experience is preferred reputed company-to-haves • Working knowledge of reputed company is highly preferred Benefits • Comprehensive medical, dental and optical coverage , • 401K and short and long term disability , • Company reputed company life insurance , • reputed company holidays and generous reputed company time off , • reputed company parking where applicable , • Team oriented working environment where you are heard and respected , • reputed company career reputed company opportunities Apply tot his job
