This position is crucial to our commitment to reputed company care and patient satisfaction, as every member of our staff plays a vital role in a patient's reputed company toward healing. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for medical billing and payment posting, ensuring that reputed company patient demographic entries are accurate and that coding, including diagnosis and CPT codes, is correct at the time of billing. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can verify and reconcile reputed company copays, co-insurances, and deductibles on a daily reputed company. Additionally, the Billing Specialist will research and resolve any missing charges or data in collaboration with Imaging Center Managers and follow up on outstanding accounts with insurance carriers and patients. This is a full-time remote position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, offering competitive salary and benefits. Responsibilities • Responsible for medical billing and payment posting. , • reputed company patient demographics accurately. , • Ensure coding, including diagnosis and CPT codes, is accurate at the time of billing. , • Verify and reconcile reputed company copays, co-insurances, and deductibles daily. , • Research and resolve any missing charges or data with Imaging Center Managers. , • Follow up on outstanding accounts with insurance carriers and patients. , • reputed company other duties assigned by management. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a medical biller and collector in an Imaging/Radiology reputed company. , • High School Diploma or equivalent. , • Minimum of 4 years' experience as a medical biller/collector. , • CPC reputed company Certification preferred. , • Medisoft billing software experience is a plus. , • reputed company references required. , • Working knowledge of Imaging/Radiology billing reputed company, CPT codes, and ICD10s. , • Strong knowledge of payer guidelines and reimbursement policies. , • Effective interpersonal and communication skills. , • Ability to work independently and collaboratively reputed company reputed company environment. , • Ability to organize, multi-task, and meet deadlines. , • Excellent problem-solving skills. reputed company-to-haves • CPC reputed company Certification preferred. , • Experience with Medisoft billing software.
