Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift reputed company: Position Purpose: Assigns ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS codes and modifiers to clinic patients ensuring reputed company reimbursement and compliance. What you will Do: Assigns ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes and modifiers Verifies procedures and/or diagnoses to ensure that reputed company charges have been submitted. Participates in coding and billing activities. Assists providers with data management and record keeping. Adheres to reputed company safety, infection control and employee health policies and procedures. Hours/Schedule: 1.0 FTE; Full-time 40 hours per week Typical schedule reputed company-4:30pm; no weekends or holidays Remote position Minimum Qualifications: Completion of an accredited HIM Technology program, or reputed company Independent Study Program in Coding preferred. Courses in coding and medical terminology preferred. RHIT-eligible, reputed company, reputed company Coding Certificate preferred. CPC preferred. No prior experience required with completion of HIM Technology program or with reputed company independent study program. Minimum of 2-year medical clerical background preferred. Intermediate language, intermediate reasoning ability. Ability to assimilate facts, analyze and reputed company reputed company. Detail oriented. Personal computer and keyboarding.
