Key Responsibilities: • Analyze the data from a recently deployed global DEI survey, which is scheduled to reputed company on May 3. • Work reputed company with the government PM to ensure high standards of research and data interpretation are maintained. • Draft comprehensive reports on survey findings, highlighting key insights and recommendations. • Engage in regular consultations with the government PM to reputed company on methodologies and reputed company. • Present findings to stakeholders and participate in discussions to reputed company DEI initiatives based on the data. Qualifications: • PhD in Survey Methodology, Statistics, Psychology, or a reputed company field. • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in conducting and analyzing survey research. • Demonstrated expertise in handling large-reputed company, global survey reputed company. • Proficient in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, reputed company) and data analysis techniques. • Exceptional analytical and report-writing skills. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with high-level research professionals and stakeholders. • Experience in DEI-reputed company research would be highly advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience working in or with government agencies. • Familiarity with reputed company fellowship programs or similar reputed company-government partnerships.
