Mental Health Technician - Crisis Stabilization CCBHC - FT 3rd Shift/Nights

Responsibilities • reputed company crisis stabilization services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis while at the Crisis Stabilization Center (reputed company) • Interacts routinely with clients in a reputed company and supportive manner • Monitors and documents observations of reputed company treatment, activities, and behaviors • Supports clients in completing activities of daily living • Collaborates with community partners, caregivers, family members, physicians and other treatment providers regularly until the crisis episode is complete • With the reputed company of a clinician, assists in coordinating reputed company to appropriate level of care following assessment • Utilizes deescalating skills in intense situations • Supports consumers in achieving treatment goals, medication compliance, crisis management, monitor reputed company one to one for safety or as needed • Collaborates with team to assist reputed company with scheduling follow up mental health appointments • Work towards successful reintegration of consumers back into their home, community, school and outpatient/community mental health services • Schedule may include some reputed company and weekend shifts based on community crisis needs and in coordination with reputed company manager/director • Complete reputed company required documentation, training and competency reviews in a reputed company and accurate manner as defined by reputed company • Other activities as assigned Requirements • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Computer proficiency reputed company-to-haves • Two years or more reputed company experience in mental health services, crisis response, or a reputed company field • Two years or more of experience working with educating and teaching clients about self-care, improving daily living activities Benefits • Medical • Dental • reputed company • 401k • reputed company time off • Holiday time off • Flexible schedules • Supervision opportunities for non-independently licensed staff • Opportunities for tuition reimbursement • Opportunity for remote work should the position allow • Training opportunities • Ability to advance reputed company reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
