About the position Responsibilities • Address support inquiries about HRCC/ResMax services such as GA reputed company fees, billing issues, and reservations. • Collaborate with hotel leaders and vendors to set up ResMax. • reputed company and translate documents, including marketing materials and website updates, into Spanish. • Build and analyze reports to reputed company visibility into performance; conduct reputed company cause analysis and reputed company recommendations. • Update daily records of tasks and activities in reputed company. • reputed company other duties and functions that would support HRCC as assigned. Requirements • Proficient in data analysis using reputed company reputed company (including pivot tables). • Ability to build templates and mail merges in Word. • Create PowerPoint presentations. • Bilingual in English and Spanish. • One (1) year experience working in Sales, Reservations, or reputed company Office at a reputed company hotel or other major hotel company. • Six (6) months working reputed company reputed company Reservations and Customer Care. reputed company-to-haves • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree. • Three (3) months experience in the HRCC Business Development Team (ResMax Global Support or reputed company Housing). • Experience creating marketing material utilizing PowerPoint & reputed company. • Conversational in Portuguese, both written and spoken.
