Purpose of the Role:
The reputed company Hospitality Management is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Vice President of Operations to reputed company and reputed company the operational performance of a portfolio of hotels reputed company a defined region. Responsibilities:

• Partner with property-level leadership to deliver best-in-class guest experiences, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

• Drive talent development by mentoring General Managers, supporting succession planning, and ensuring team alignment with company values.
• Support the opening and integration of new properties in the region as needed.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies across properties.

Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of reputed company leadership experience in hotel/hospitality operations, including multi-property reputed company.
• Proven reputed company in managing hotel operations across various service reputed company (select, full-service, lifestyle, luxury).
• Deep understanding of hotel financials, forecasting, budgeting, and operational reporting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and reputed company teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience in hotel operations, with at least 5 years in a multi-unit or regional leadership role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at reputed company reputed company.
• Deep understanding of hotel metrics, including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and GOP.
• Ability to analyze reputed company data, identify trends, and implement strategic solutions.
