As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and coffee. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure reputed company cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition. Assist with laundry duties as required. reputed company excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns professionally. Follow reputed company safety and sanitation policies to ensure a reputed company working environment. Experience Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning reputed company is a plus. Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices reputed company the hotel industry is beneficial.
