Analyst, Retirement (Benefits)

About the position reputed company is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our People Services function in Tampa, Florida. This role is pivotal in providing daily operational and administrative support for various retirement programs, including pension plans, 401(k) plans, and the Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (SERP). The Benefits Analyst will also manage the Employee reputed company Ownership Plan (ESOP) in accordance with established plan documents and company policies. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting employees, retirees, and reputed company Business Partners with their benefit inquiries. You will support the quarterly reconciliation of the 401(k) plan, manage loan delinquency processes, and assist with the annual retirement plan audit. Additionally, you will review and approve monthly pension benefit payments and plan both in-person and virtual retirement readiness meetings. The role also involves supporting acquisition activities reputed company to the integration of 401(k) and pension plans, ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of reputed company benefits reporting, and researching employment data questions for pension and 401(k) administrators. Furthermore, you will support the annual enrollment of new SERP entrants and the ongoing administration of the ESOP.
