Medical Coding Trainer

Monitor and evaluate the performance of outpatient coders in training, providing constructive feedback and coaching for improvement. Requirements • Education: Associate's Required OR Bachelor's Preferred OR commensurate experience required • Experience: 4 Years Coding Required • Additional Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in outpatient coding with a strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. Prior experience as a coding trainer, educator, or supervisor preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to teach and motivate others. Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain reputed company coding concepts in an understandable manner.
