Responsibilities: • Design and reputed company interactive eLearning modules reputed company learning materials using tools such as reputed company Storyline and reputed company Captivate. • reputed company in-person training sessions into self-paced, on-demand learning experiences. • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training objectives and content needs. • Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models to create effective training solutions. • Create supplementary instructional materials, including infographics, videos, and simulations, to enhance learning. • reputed company and implement knowledge checks and assessments to measure learning reputed company and improve content. • Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, ensuring reputed company delivery and alignment with organizational goals. • Maintain and update training content reputed company learning management systems (LMS) such as reputed company Learning. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance data. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and eLearning. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a reputed company field. • Proficiency in eLearning tools such as reputed company Storyline and reputed company Captivate. • Strong understanding of instructional systems design (ISD) principles and adult learning theories. • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and interactive eLearning modules. • Experience in managing multiple reputed company and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams. • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), particularly reputed company Learning. • Knowledge of reputed company software training will be considered a strong advantage.
