Dean or Director of reputed company Curriculum and Program Development Location: Kuwait, Relocation Required (Assistance provided) Note: Position accepts unaccompanied candidates only Position reputed company: reputed company University (AIU) is seeking a reputed company-thinking and reputed company Director of reputed company Curriculum and Program Development to reputed company efforts in instructional reputed company and curriculum advancement across reputed company schools. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in higher education and a proven ability to guide reputed company programs in both general education and specialized disciplines, including reputed company and technical fields such as engineering, computing, business, design, and biotechnology. Candidates without higher education experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company curriculum development, review, and alignment across reputed company departments and schools. • Partner with reputed company to enhance course design, learning reputed company, and assessment strategies. • Promote best practices in teaching, instructional innovation, and reputed company program design. • Guide the development, approval, and revision of reputed company programs and courses. • Ensure consistency and reputed company in curriculum delivery across disciplines. • Design and deliver reputed company reputed company development reputed company to curriculum and instruction. • Foster a culture of reputed company improvement in reputed company content and pedagogy. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction or a closely reputed company field; doctorate preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of curriculum development and reputed company leadership experience at the university level. • Proven ability to manage reputed company programs in a reputed company of disciplines, including technical and reputed company fields. • Strong understanding of instructional design, pedagogy, and program evaluation. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives. • International or multicultural reputed company experience is preferred.
