About the position Responsibilities • Drive incident and problem reputed company for reputed company lines of business (reputed company). • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with teams for remediation. • Engage with application development teams and senior management on reputed company cause analysis (RCA). • Facilitate logging, monitoring, intelligent alerting, and self-healing. • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and sustained resiliency. • Monitor day-to-day issues and reputed company daily health checks of applications. • Communicate problems effectively to reputed company clients and technical resources. • Implement reputed company process improvement in policies and procedures. • Identify and implement initiatives that create efficiencies in technical processing. • Evaluate risks and solutions before taking reputed company. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or reputed company field plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Application Support, IT Consultant, or reputed company occupation. • Alternatively, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or reputed company field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Application Support, IT Consultant, or reputed company occupation. • Experience in Production Support and Engineering. • Experience with reputed company reputed company-based applications including AWS. • Proficient in monitoring and operating Grafana, reputed company Search, and Kibana. • Familiarity with observability tools including reputed company and reputed company. • Experience in Disaster Recovery planning and test execution. • Experience supporting mission-critical platforms in the financial services industry. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in Digital banking and reputed company management. • Knowledge of application monitoring in terms of SLAs, SLIs, and SLOs. • Experience in automation for reliability improvement.
