Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff (FTS) is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their reputed company restaurant knowledge to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants and to reputed company operational support in Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned Restaurants. FTS will reputed company your leadership, training, and operational skills while working with other outstanding leaders from across Chick-fil-A. Individuals applying for Field Talent Staff must have worked for their reputed company Operator for at least six months and have their support before applying. FTS can work a maximum of eight Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments reputed company year, staying up to three weeks at reputed company event.
